Q: I've seen an item but I cannot seem to find it online?

A: Thank you for your interest in Entice One! Unfortunately if you see an item on our social media but you do not see it available on our website the item is no longer available. We understand how frustrating this can be so we are always looking to restock our most requested pieces or replace them with a similar style.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order ships an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. If no tracking number has been sent your order has not been shipped just yet. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS. 


Q: How do I know if my order has been placed?

A: After your purchase with us a confirmation email with the details of your order are sent to you. Please ensure your checkout process is complete. You will see a page that says "Thank you for your order, here is your order number." Your email may have filtered into your spam folder. If you need us to resend it please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you. 


Q: What if my order has not been delivered?

A: If after contacting USPS you still need assistance feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.


Q: I just placed my order, can I change it?

A: We prepare your order for shipment very shortly after your order is placed. This quick turnaround time makes it very difficult to change or cancel your order but please contact us at: and we will try our best. Please put your order number in the subject line.


Q: How do I exchange my items?

A: Please be sure to read our store policy before sending items back to make sure they are eligible to be exchanged (BODYSUITS, SWIMWEAR, ACCESSORIES, AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.) Please fill out the exchange form, print and include with your exchange item. We do suggest you send the items back with a tracking number as we are not held liable for packages that are lost in transit on its way back to us. 


Q: Have you received my return items and How long does it take to show in my account?

A: Please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive your return for exchange. An email will be sent to you once the exchange is processed. If you have not received an email within 10 days of us receiving the package please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you.


Q: Can I use a gift card online?

A: Yes, you may use a gift card. (i.e Visa, Mastercard, Amex)


Q: What is your store policy?

A: Regular Priced Items bought on will gladly be returned for a exchange within 7 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered or damaged. Exchanges will be issued in within 10 business days. All tags must be attached when returned. PLEASE NOTE: THAT ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL. All SALE items are a FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged.

If there is a difference in price on the items exchanged we will charge the difference to your original payment method. If the difference in the exchange results in equal or lesser value, no refunds will be made.
